This will teach how to review the hosting packages you currently have with Hard Shell Hosting from within the client area. This tutorial will assume that you are already logged into your client area at Hard Shell Hosting. If you are having problems doing that, or don't know how, please view the tutorial named "How to Login to the Client Area".
On the main client area menu, click on the My Services link towards the top. This takes you to a page called My Services, which will list all of the hosting packages that you have with Hard Shell Hosting. At the very right of each hosting plan is an edit/information icon. Click here to:
- review detailed information about your plan
- see your current CPanel username and password
- change your CPanel password
- access links to your Cpanel and Webmail for that hosting account
- request cancellation of the hosting account
